Our chef suggests that you discover the gastronomic riches of our region by means of a "Halte Gourmande" (22€ at Lunch) or a "Les Croichots" (29€ on Dinner), or a"Discovery of flavours" stopping on the way at the "Country market cuisine" or even the "Burgundy menu". Our specialities will delight those gourmets who decide to make the culinary journey with a "Pressé d'anguilles et silure de Saône aux girolles" (silurid of pressed eels with chanterelle mushrooms) or a "Cochon fermier de Nolay" (Nolay farmer’s pork).
